AGING: in oak barrels. Maturation in bottles. (For a longer period than Amarone wine).
GRAPES: Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Oseleta and other autochthonous grapes.
PRODUCTION AREA: our vineyards spread out on the hillsides and foothills in the heart of the Valpolicella classica area, on silty, clay soil.
TASTING NOTE: garnet red colour. Intense bouquet, ethereal and spicy. Soft, dry and “smooth” flavour, with a full vigorous body.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 16/16.5% vol.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: ideal for second courses such as roasts, game, grilled and red meat in general as well as with seasoned cheese.
SERVICE: should be served at a temperature of about 18 °C.
BOTTLE: 0.750 liters and magnum 1.5 liters.
