The beer is not pasteurised.
Fermentation takes place with yeasts left to work in optimal climatic conditions and is then fermented again in the bottle to obtain a unique taste that matures over time. This “amber” inspired by the first wife of Emperor Frederick II is a perfect beer to lift the spirits.
