Tomato is the main product of Puglian agriculture. Our tomatoes, as per ancient tradition, are hand-picked, selected, salted and dried under the strong rays of the July and August sun. Immediately after the drying process the tomatoes are invaded and stored in extra virgin olive oil. To give a particular aroma, thus giving uniqueness to the product, are a couple of fresh basil leaves, previously collected on our fields and expertly selected by our collaborators.
Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, refrigerate and consume the product within 3/4 days.
