The most classic of the sauces are based on a very simple recipe: fresh tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, onion, fresh basil, a pinch of salt and one of sugar. It can be used directly on the pasta after heating it or as a preparation base for personalized recipes.
Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, refrigerate and consume the product within 3/4 days.
