The Mediterranean diet has always been counted as the best diet, and it is no coincidence that in our motto there is “Healthy mind in a healthy body” with a healthy and organic food with attention to respect for nature that leads us to a synergistic connection bringing us well-being.
In this regard I would like to mention an interesting article about, precisely, the Mediterranean diet
Taken from Enviromental News for a Healthier Planet and Life.
“World Report brought together a group of experts to rank 39 common diets and nominate the best for 2021.
The winner?
The Mediterranean Diet for the fourth year in a row, CNN reported.
“It is generally accepted that people in countries bordering the Mediterranean Sea live longer and suffer less from cancer and cardiovascular disease than most Americans,” World Report explained.
“The not-so-surprising secret is an active lifestyle, weight control and a diet low in red meat, sugar and saturated fat and high in produce, nuts and other healthy foods.”
Several previous studies have demonstrated the benefits of the Mediterranean Diet. (Although the cuisines of various Mediterranean countries differ greatly, they share an emphasis on fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, legumes and olive oil, with seafood, poultry and dairy products consumed in moderation.)
Studies have revealed that following this diet can reduce the risk of health problems such as diabetes, high blood pressure, depression, memory loss and breast cancer, according to CNN.
A 2018 study also found that the diet can reduce the risk of mortality from exposure to certain types of air pollution.
Brooklyn dietitian Maya Feller also told TODAY that the top three diets share common benefits, NBC News reported.
They emphasize overall health over weight loss, and are easy to follow because they encourage eating beneficial food groups rather than limiting certain foods.”

“We need to collaborate with the power of nature left free, doing as much as possible and as little as possible,”
said Gilles Clément, the great French landscape architect.
In the following article I wanted to give space to one of the most beautiful gardens in Ireland written by Kathleen Becker taken from Speak up:
“An hour’s drive from Dublin, Powerscourt Gardens is home to romantic lakes, beautiful statues, delicious food, a children’s museum and the country’s highest waterfall.
It’s a paradise to discover, with a history dating back to the 13th century.
Did you know that Country Wicklow is called “ the Garden of Ireland ?”
Wicklow also has the best garden in Ireland to visit:
Powerscourt, an aristocratic place, full of beauty, variety and educational value.
Up to early summer, the rhododendrons impress with pinks and purples.
The famous roses follow soon after.
UNDER THE MOUNTAIN
Powerscourt is a fine mix of Italian and French design, Irish charm and the attention to detail associated with the English gardening tradition.
The garden paths, made up of small granite chips, dazzle in the sunlight.
The harmonious design aims to set the garden in its wider context , the iconic Sugar Loaf mountain.
JAPANESE
The garden has many sculptures. Life-size metal horses guard the big lake. Small stone cherubs, deep in thought, frame a bowl of pansies. The iron gates are very photogenic. Visitors can discover small ornamental plants and large ancient trees – there are 250 types of trees here. The Japanese Gardens is very pretty. Last but not least, the Pet’s Cemetery has touching inscriptions on its gravestones.
THAT’S THE SPIRIT!
A castle stood here from the 13th century onwards. But a new era commenced in Elizabeth times.
After a viuctorious battle , Queen Elizabeth I offered Richard Wingfield a reward.
He only requested “the scarf that Your Majesty wears”. Obviously, that modesty paid off: Richard Wingfield became a Sir and was given Powerscourt. The house was rebuilt in the 1730s.
A century later Powerscourt was reshaped by the sixth Viscount of Powerscourt . The new garden were designed by influential architect Daniel Robertson. Robertson suffered from gout, directing operations from a wheelbarrow, fortified by a bottle of sherry.
When the sherry bottle was empty , work ceased for the day.
DISASTROUS
In 1961 the estate passed to the Slazenger family, the owners of one of the oldest surviving sporting brands. In the 1970s, they were preparing to open Powerscourt to tourism, when disaster struck. One night in 1974 a fire broke out and destroyed the house. Only an empty shell was left. The planned opening had to wait for nearly a quarter of a century. In 1996 a major golf course opened.
A year later Powerscourt finally opened to the public.
It attracts some 200.000 annual visitors.
BACK TO NATURE
Gardening is seen as a typically English pastime, but there are also plenty of beautiful gardens in Ireland. The best is probably Powerscourt in Country Wicklow. This was once the property of Lord Powerscourt, but it is now owned by the Slazenger family, who are famous for making sporting equipment.
Powerscourt has Japanese gardens but, as head gardener Michael Byrne explains, pride of place goes to the
They were started around 1840, and they took about 30-40 years to complete.
Now, so they were finished in about 1875. The actual design of Italian garden and the terraces comes from a villa in Sicily.
So the design was there , and the architect was a chap called Daniel Robertson, quite a famous architect. It took about 50 years, and it was 100 people working here over that time, 12-hour days. And it was all dug out by hand. So you can imagine the amount of work and labour that went in when we have machines these days to do everything.
Before we only had wheel-barrows and spades. So a real credit. And the whole idea of laying out the Italian gardens was a vista basically, and a backdrop to the Sugar Loaf mountain, which we can see in the distance. And basically, the whole garden was landscaped and designed around the mountain.
Lord Powerscourt wanted to come out and have his breakfast here and that’s the view he wanted.”

From an interview with Maya healer Abuela Margarita.
We have lost contact with Nature, Grandma Margarita (Abuela means “grandmother” in Spanish) reminds us of it, she enlightens us with history and magic by showing us another dimension.
“When I want something I ask myself”.
Grandma Margarita, healer and guardian of the Mayan tradition, grew up with her great grandmother, who was a healer and worked miracles. She practices and knows the dance circles of the sun, the earth, the moon, and the search for vision.
Abuela (Grandmother) Margarita Nuñez is Mexican, Chichimeca Indian and bearer of the Holy Pipe. As a member of the Intertribal Council of the Elders of America, she travels the world to share her ancestral knowledge handed down from the most genuine indigenous traditions and to keep the legacy of the Ancestors’ culture alive.
Through his ceremonies and the Temascal, the sweat lodge, he shares his ancestral knowledge from the most genuine indigenous traditions.
Wisdom and power are summed up in her. Her rituals are an explosion of energy that infuses peace and joy…
Abuela Margarita: “I am 71 years old. I was born in the country, in the state of Jalisco, Mexico, and I live in the mountains. I am a widow, I have two daughters and two grandchildren by my daughters, but I have thousands with whom I have been able to learn love without attachment.
Our origin is Mother Earth and Father Sun.
I have come to earth to remind you what is inside each one.
Abuela’s message was addressed to this historical period we are living through: to the changes that the pandemic has brought to our lives, whether on an individual, family or community level; but above all it was aimed at reminding us that we are part of this great living organism that is Mother Earth. “We must remember,” says Abuela, “that we are Water, Earth, Fire and Air: as Fire and Earth, we are Spirit and Matter.
Much of our reality, however, is based on an old way of thinking that influences the way we perceive the world and feel emotions, and this change has helped us to give more value to what surrounds us, to our relationships. This planetary crisis has touched us deeply but it has also brought us the opportunity to break down the old ways of thinking that were suffocating our minds and hearts.
And among the relationships that the pandemic has highlighted, the one we have with our grandparents has been of great importance.
Grandparents are a treasure for humanity, that’s why
Grandparents are the custodians of a great knowledge and experience that they have matured during their lives, this treasure of knowledge and experience is an extremely precious legacy especially in this moment of great change because it can help the new generations to go beyond this moment of change and create a new reality, more respectful and harmonious, both with our fellow human beings and with the nature that surrounds us.
Grandparents are a treasure not only for their grandchildren but for the new generations, for the humanity that will come after us, that is why Abuela Margarita invites grandparents to share that treasure not only with the blood family, but with the human family, passing on their knowledge and know-how to young people. Because they are the grandparents of humanity.
In this sharing, the grandchildren have a great role: to help their grandparents to share their message by listening to them with heart and mind and learning to move their hands like them, following the ancient arts of the past that are in danger of disappearing.
Sharing creates a good relationship. The passage of knowledge is precious both for the blood family and the universal family, whose existence we have forgotten but which is there, before our eyes, and of which each one of us is a part.
“Many nations complain about young people between the ages of 13 and 26, but grandparents are the very educators of this age”.
(Abuela Margarita)
Maternity and universal fatherhood is a great gift
What we have experienced and are still experiencing today speaks to us of a change that helps us to give value to the family, to no longer take it for granted, and to recognise the gift that every age has, from the youngest to the oldest, because everyone has an important role.
But above all, this period of great change, which began in February during the time of the Aquarius, as Abuela Margarita rightly pointed out, was a great opportunity to open our eyes and recognize the value of this extended family which is the universal family, the one that shares the same home, the planet Earth.
And never as in this period has the role of grandparents been so fundamental, because if they are the grandparents of their blood family, they are also the Mothers and Fathers of the universal family, of humanity. And we need them to grow, to evolve.
Every age is precious and what we can do is to grasp the gift of becoming universal Mothers and Fathers when our time comes and help the youngest to create ever new footsteps that will take them on the path of evolution, giving them love and support and sharing our experiences with them; but to reach this universal motherhood/paternity, it takes time, because it is life that forms us.
Abuela Margarita shared this important message with all of us, because she considers us as her grandchildren; and love must be shared in this way too: through words, through her own experience, because transmission is the gift of a life.

“Take care of your home, of your body, do not lose the spiritual dimension of this crisis, become like the eagle that sees everything and sees more widely. Through joy one resists.
Have faith, you have been prepared to overcome this crisis.
When the storm passes, you will be very important in the reconstruction of this new world, you have to feel good and be strong.
For this reason, it tries to maintain a high, happy and bright vibration. Take advantage of this time to exercise your vision and seek your rituals. This is what you can do: serenity in the storm. Establish a routine to meet the sacred every day, good things emanate what you emanate, now is the most important thing. Sing, dance resist through art, joy, faith and love. ”
Message from White Eagle, Indigenous of the Amerida Tribe.
If you are been looking for a good reason to Treat Your Self, you probably don’t do it often enough.
A 2-month holistic yoga retreat isn’t necessary either.
You can get nourishment simply by putting on the radio and shakin’ what your mama gave you for a few minutes.
Putting “me time” on the back burner is a big part of why we can all feel run-down, frenzied, and overwhelmed. Enter self-care, who cuddles you and tells you everything’s alright.
Even during COVID-19, when many of us have more free time than we know what to do with, self-betterment became difficult after the seventh day in pyjama bottoms.
It seems that 21st-century life revolves around working ’til your eyes bleed or spending months on lockdown with nothing to do. However, it’s more important than ever to be kind to yourself and make self-care a priority.
What’s the deal?
Often ignored but totally necessary, self-care is any action or behaviour that helps a person avoid health problems. We forget to listen to our inner voice: we forget what our real needs are, what are our aspirations, our talents, we give up our dreams. We forget ourselves and struggle to make the difference between what feeds us and what makes us more and more lazy, tired, unhappy.
We often remember ourselves when the mental burden becomes too overwhelming, when the body collapses, when the heart, wounded and exhausted, falls in front of the last loss. We remember too many sacrifices made when it is too late or when it hurts.
Excessive stress may increase your risk of heart problems, for example. So, by definition, stress relief can help someone keep their ticker ticking.
Self-care also helps us sharpen our mental and physical health through better self-esteem, stress management, and overall well-being.
These behaviours help provide balance in an increasingly overstimulating world. Self-care forms an essential part of a lifestyle that keeps us healthy, happy, and more in tune with our minds and bodies.
It’s easy to confuse self-care with self-indulgent behaviour. This mentality might make us feel guilty for thinking we need to take a break from our lives to do something that, simply put, makes us feel better.
However, it’s also important not only to be kind to yourself and allow good, nourishing things into your life but also to know your own line. Self-indulgence involves little quick fixes that feel better temporarily.
These are fine in moderation, and who doesn’t love a treat? But quick bursts of indulgence are not a sustainable route to health and happiness — and they can affect others too.
A 2019 study, for example, found that student nurses may neglect their own health and wellness needs while training to look after others — and this might, in turn, reduce their effectiveness when providing care.
That’s why taking the time to check in with your mind and body isn’t a bad thing.
In fact, the pursuit of health and happiness is far from selfish.
When we take good care of ourselves, we’re likely to see an improvement in many aspects of our lives, including our physical health and relationships. And this puts us in a better position to serve as a pillar of support for people we love.
There’s only one corner of the universe you can be sure you can improve, and that’s you.
-Aldous Huxley-
We can return to inhabit ourselves, to inhabit all that we are, to fill our lives with our presence
Our needs: the Maslow pyramid
In psychology, the need is the perception of the lack of one or more elements that constitute the well-being of the person; not responding to needs implies undermining this well-being, but what are our needs?
Around the 1950s, the psychologist Abraham Maslow conceived the hierarchy of needs, which he represented schematically with the pyramid that still bears his name today: Maslow’s pyramid.
The Maslow pyramid consists of 5 levels of needs:
– First step: Physiological needs (food, breath, etc.).
– Second step: safety and protection needs.
– Third step: needs of belonging.
– Fourth step: needs for esteem, for success.
– Fifth step: needs for fulfilment.
But in addition to Maslow’s pyramid, there are other models of representations of needs, including Virginia Henderson’s grid of 14 fundamental needs, which takes into account not only the needs mentioned by Maslow but also the desire for freedom of the person and his individuality: each of us has different needs.
Virginia Henderson’s grid is still used today in nursing care.
“While it is important to establish that there are needs common to all, it is equally important to realise that these needs are met according to the different ways of conceiving life, of which there are infinite varieties.
(Virginia Henderson)
So there are many ways to take care of yourself, but all emerge from the same matrix, that is, to respond to your needs.
The needs of a being are not limited only to the physical, material sphere, such as having what is necessary to live healthy, safe, protected; the real needs of a human being range from feeling loved, respected, a member of a peer group, feeling to have a place in the world, a useful role for the community, being able to live new experiences that broaden the spectrum of his perceptions, being able to rely on intellectual stimuli, etc.
Each of us has specific needs and ignoring them can lead to not living well, not feeling complete and fulfilled.
The mistake is to confuse the minimum necessary to live well with exclusively material needs (the first step of the Maslow pyramid) because they are the most concrete and visible, and consequently, to forget that we are beings made of emotions, feelings, thoughts, ideas, creativity, instincts.
You can always start to listen to yourself to make up for it, you can always start to find the middle way between your concrete needs in everyday life and your inner needs, to get to know you better, to respect and love you in your plural being and to walk with dignity in the world. With kindness and attention to your being.
Taking care of you is the first step to make in order to live well
You can take care of yourself by also observing the nature around you: trees do not give up taking from the earth what they need to grow strong, vigorous, trees do not take the narrow-mindedness essential to survive (barely); they take what they need to live well, to grow and bear fruit.
“Take care of yourself.
Whenever growing up, you feel like changing the wrong things into the right things, remember that the first revolution you have to make is the one inside yourself, the first and most important. Fighting for an idea without having any idea of yourself is one of the most dangerous things you can do.
Every time you feel lost, confused, think of the trees, remember how they grow.
Remember that a tree with lots of foliage and few roots is uprooted at the first blow of the wind, while in a tree with lots of roots and few foliages the sap hardly flows. Roots and foliage have to grow in equal measure, you have to stay in things and stand on them, only then can you offer shade and shelter, only then can you cover yourself with flowers and fruits at the right season. And when many roads open up in front of you and you don’t know which one to take, don’t take one at random, but sit down and wait.
Breathe with the trusting depth with which you breathed the day you came into the world, without being distracted by anything, just wait and wait and wait. Be still, silent, and listen to your heart. When it speaks to you, stand up and go where it takes you.”
(Taken from the book “Go where your heart takes you”, by Susanna Tamaro)
It is very likely that when you come back to answer all your needs, to take care of yourself, you will feel a subtle joy: not the one you feel in the absence of problems but the one you feel despite the problems.

It is an almost magical relationship, but sometimes it can get complicated.
The relationship between a father and a daughter is crucial and emotional.
For a little girl, the father represents the male figure in the world.
Therefore, the paternal role becomes the protagonist and bearer of a responsibility that is no small thing. How should a father behave, therefore, in order not to disappoint his daughter and not to transmit a distorted or negative image of the entire male category?
First of all, a father should be there, he should be an active presence who shares education with his mother.
There is a golden age in the relationship between a father and a daughter: it is a phase in which, in a certain sense, everything is decided. The age between three and nine years of girls, according to experts, is the one in which the paternal role plays a decisive role.
In this period of time, a father can really transmit to his daughter images, emotional imprints and crucial teachings for her future and for her relationships. It is therefore precisely the experts who advise us to make the most of this moment.
The little girls who are born will become women in the blink of an eye and the father has tasks that only he can do:
1) to be their playmate (they are hilarious, imaginative, creative, reckless, they play the role assigned to them and they have fun too!)
2) to be the ideal of man for them tomorrow
3) to open a communication gap between men and women (it is known that there can be great difficulties in communication between men and women due to structural, cultural, educational, etc… to ensure that a gap does not develop between the two genders by finding the necessary strategies is a very difficult task but it will come naturally to an aware father with his daughter).
It is said that a man desires his daughter and feels a different love for her than for his son.
These prejudices only help to increase the struggles between males for power, and the illusion of females who will be loved regardless. Nothing could be more wrong.
Children are loved and “hated” in equal measure whether they are male or female because it depends on how much they reflect of us, of our unsolved.
A healthy father/daughter relationship will allow him to enjoy moments in the female world that were previously incomprehensible and to put in her emotional imprints capable of planting those solid roots that are essential for future relationships compared to the opposite gender, as well as to enjoy a wonderful love together.
What must always be transmitted, is the sense of presence: you can fly away from the nest and experience life, you can dream and reach every peak but there is always a welcoming nest to return to, where you will not be judged but understood. This nest will be very important even in the adult phase.
A father who loves his daughter puts a seed of trust in the genre that will only bring more love.
Because, if the mum represents the nest, the other part of
us, the dad represents the world, what I am not, what I want to explore.
And instead of the fairy tales of Prince Charming who will save the princess, I am sure that today dads prefer to tell
the fairy tale of princesses who save themselves because they are able to do it!
They are strong and brave, but they have the king who supports and encourages them and maybe even a prince to “race” on horseback!
https://lovenergy.nl/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/baby-4260024.jpg6671000Giuliana Surianohttps://lovenergy.nl/wp-content/uploads/2021/11/Love_energy_logo.svgGiuliana Suriano2020-11-13 19:19:012021-11-27 23:34:28Daddy Prince Charming. The Father importance.
Knowing our roots helps us to understand who we are, where we come from and what we can do in our lives. The knowledge passed down from mother to daughter, for generations, it is a treasure of inestimable value.
To be a woman means to welcome its rhythms, its waves, which flow together with nature, to enter into communication with that intuition which is unfortunately rarely fully understood or listened to, to perceive the world in a different, less linear and more cyclical way, to have special attention to one’s “tribe”, and to know how to mobilize when one needs one’s own warrior forces to defend what is dear to one’s heart.
The legacy of the female lineage teaches us to change the world, to revolutionize it in a gentle way, without weapons, without violence. With fairness.
But in order to reach a balanced and centred state of power on which women can give life to a new tomorrow, they need to recover their memory: the ancestral memory conveyed by their mothers, grandmothers, ancestors, the memory that flows within them, the memory that leads them to have such a special connection with nature and with other people’s feelings.
In order to give themselves this possibility, mothers have this great and profound task: to guide their daughters, to help them to listen to the voice of their authentic being, so different from that of today’s world shaped on a more linear and hierarchical, less collaborative, less feminine, but not for this reason more powerful.
“Raising a young woman is an important task for a mother. To teach her to love her body, to recognise her talents, to cultivate within her the ancient wisdom of the female lineage is a responsibility that requires commitment and a great deal of sensitivity”.
(Taken from “Custodian of the Sacred Fire” by Alessandra Comneno. Anima Ed.).
We should remember the fiery, active aspect of the woman, when in ancient times she was the guardian of the sacred fire and of the fire of the hearth, of the fire of life But women are not only welcoming, generous as the earth; they can be the fire that warms, that excites and sometimes destroys and transforms, and for this reason, it is useful that each one can count on the wise, conscious and kind guidance of another woman who will be able to accompany her on her journey of discovery of the ancient wisdom of which she is the guardian.
Many women have forgotten that they have an ancient guardian of fire in their lineage, but in every woman there is still a spark of that ancient transforming flame. A spark that simply needs to be seen, valued, nourished, guided by a mother, whether of blood or soul, it does not matter; that spark is a fire in power that every woman can transmit: she can pass on what she has received and what she has learned to her daughters, in a virtuous evolutionary cycle, not only for the good of women, but for the good of all, because we are all sons and daughters of a mother.
Better world for future generations
Women are able to mobilize their forces across the four corners of the planet, in the heart of the most bitter conflicts, and to do so by singing, bringing a hope of peace, a message; by showing, through concrete action in the world, that what unites us can be stronger than what separates us.
Here is the Prayer of the Mothers, the hymn of “Women Wage Peace”, a women’s movement for peace that has mobilized thousands of women, from different cultures and religions, in a peaceful way; women who have made their voices heard in times of war and who have shown the world that the power of the Mothers is strong and present and that she is able to spread her voice everywhere in the world.
Prayer of the Mothers
A whisper of ocean wind
Is blowing from far away
And laundry is flapping
To the shadow of the wall
Between the sky and the land
There are people who want to live in peace
Don’t give up, keep dreaming
Of peace and prosperity
When will the walls of fear melt
When will I return from exile
And my gates will open
To what is truly good
Come on Sleep! – Another sunrise
Come on Sleep – And morning is here
We will slaughter – A mother sends
A pigeon for you – Along with a prayer
Fly pigeon, Don’t believe – Her child to school
We will laugh with the child – to the sound
So that he may sleep – of war
The walls of fear will some day melt
And I will return from exile
My gates shall open
To what is truly good
from the north to the south
from the west to the east
hear the prayer of the mothers
bring them peace
bring them peace
Light is rising from the east to the prayer of the mothers for peace

Wine has become today one of the most present drinks on Italian tables and boasts a long history that began thousands of years ago. The ancient vines and the first winemaking practices in history dates back to the civilization of Mesopotamia. Wine consolidated its role in society very quickly. In ancient Egypt, some amphorae containing natural wines were part of King Tutankhamun’s funeral kit. These containers indicated the production area and the vintage of the product.
The “veneration”, the cult for ancient wines spread widely by the Egyptian people, was then was handed down to the Jews, Arabs and Greeks. It was in ancient Greece that this table nectar took on a “divine” role, thanks to Dionysus, the deities that the Greeks dedicated to wine.
It was during this period that the wine expanded over the Mediterranean Sea to land in Sicily and then slowly towards Europe, passing first by the Sabines and then by the Etruscans who made an important contribution to the spread of wine by expanding the cultivation between Campania and the Padana plain. Later it was the Romans who spread the viticulture, celebrated by Bacchus in the circle of the gods.
Drinking mindfully
There is often talk of wine benefits but, before we go into this subject, it is important to keep in mind:
Wine is an alcoholic beverage and, as such, it must be consumed in moderate quantities. The reasonable limit is two glasses per day for a man and one drink a day for women, preferably during major meals and never on an empty stomach.
The difference between the use of the consumption in men and women depends on the different biological characteristics of their female bodies, which allows for the elimination of approximately half alcohol from the male.
People who must not drink alcohol (and therefore not even wine):
People who are about to drive a vehicle;
All those who take medicines capable of interacting with alcohol, for example, antiepileptics and Psychopharmaceuticals –
Pregnant women;
Minors aged 16. Why 16 years? Before that age, enzymes that could assimilate alcohol are completely absent. These enzymes arrive at full maturation for around 21 years.
The benefits of the wine and the brain
According to scientific studies, wine is good for the body and, above all, the health of the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular system. It also seems to have the power to extend life; several epidemiological studies have shown greater longevity in moderate drinking beverages than in the advances and strong drinking.
Numerous clinical and epidemiological investigations have focused on the protective action of wine against the heart and pots. The reason for these benefits are polyphenols, especially resveratrol. However, not all wines are the same; antioxidant foods are mainly present in aged reds, much less in young wines and whites.
The components of wine act at various levels:
They have an antioxidant and anti-ageing effect;
They act positively on cholesterol, triglycerides and basal blood sugar;
They induce an increase in tissue sensitivity to insulin action;
They have a fibrinolytic and antithrombotic action.
A protective role of wine has also been hypothesized for Alzheimer’s disease and other degenerative diseases of the nervous system. Again, the credit would go to antioxidants and in particular to resveratrol.
Wine benefits on other organs
But the benefits of wine don’t end here.
Moderate intake of wine seems to have a beneficial effect on the bones, combating osteoporosis as much as men as in women. Some studies have shown a positive effect of white wine in preventing rheumatic diseases; this benefit should be due to two – thyrosodium – tyros and caffeic acid – capable of counteracting inflammation.
Red wine has been developed on the calculates of the cholecystic and some types of cancer. We have to wait for further studies to confirm.

Everything we create comes from a force of energy. That energy starts from our thoughts, however, before our thoughts, come the feelings. If we connect a strong feeling or emotion to a thought, it is the universal law that this MUST become an experience.
Literally, the law of attraction states that “like attracts like”. In order to gain positive results while using this law, you need to keep up a positive outlook on life. The law of attraction teaches that joy brings joy; thoughts of money bring money; anger receives anger; fear causes fear; laughter makes more laughter, and a positive outlook attracts others with positive outlooks.
For example; If you want to spring clean the house, you do not aimlessly wander around and start cleaning. You have the idea (the thought), followed by the feeling and then take action. Sometimes we “feel” like doing something, and other times, we don’t. Either way, it is produced by either a thought or a feeling.
Our emotions are what create our manifestations. The two most important emotions to ensure you manifest your desires are Passion and Excitement. Take a look back at a time in your life, where you felt genuine passion and excitement. It could have been with regards to a new job, a promotion or the thought of having a child. You may not have been aware, but the moment you felt that genuine passion and excitement, you were visualising the event and by visualising, you were manifesting the thought and feeling into an experience. Many people live their lives, the way society tells them to. We become a creature of habit, comparing ourselves to people around us.
By doing this, we live our lives with limited beliefs, therefore, creating a limited lifestyle. One way to create a limitless life is affirmations. Affirmations are a short statement, that you repeat all day, every day but with feeling. For example; If you have a bad “feeling” towards money, then the law is to create a further lack of money.
However, by using an affirmation such as, “money comes to me easily and frequently”, this can change. It is important to note that but just repeating the words, nothing will change. You have to FEEL and BELIEVE in what you are saying.
The power of the law of attraction works like any other law of nature. Just as the law of gravity dictates that what comes up must come down, the law of attraction dictates that your thoughts bring about your desires. Whether you accept it or not, the law is always at work and will keep right on working for you, consciously or unconsciously.
But knowing our true series is not an easy job. How to distinguish false desires from authentic ones?
False desires distance us from our authentic goals, the only ones that can make us happy and satisfied. Identifying them is not simple, but a first step is to consider everything that happens to us, including people and surrounding things, like a mirror that can show us parts of ourselves that we might not otherwise see.
Let’s think, for example, of a trivial event as a clogged sink.

Attachment is mental and emotional fixation on something we think we need or want. We get attached to things like people, views, outcomes, or material possessions. The reason we get attached to them is that we’re afraid we’ll lose them, and therefore, we’ll be unhappy, or we may even think we won’t survive.
Many of us confuse sensual pleasure, or emotional gratification, with happiness. They are not the same. True happiness comes from freedom from suffering, not sensual pleasure. Yet our society teaches us that if we achieve or acquire things that bring us pleasure, then we’ll be happy.
Intertwined in our attachment to things is the illusion of control. We often believe that if we get all the material things and circumstances just right, then we’ll be happy. So, we try to manipulate people and circumstances in order to get them the way we want.
The problem with this way of thinking is that everything is impermanent. Nothing ever stays the same. We get attached to certain things we like, and expect them to remain that way. This will always lead to disappointment. In reality, the only thing we have control over is ourselves. But we act as if we have control over other people, and not ourselves.
Let’s leave behind for a second this mania to control every action and reaction So that we can open our minds to chaos, to the unexpected.
The video above is a short animation film whose main character is a child named Dechen who discovers this theory of “unpredictability in a very sweet way, he is in a Tibetan monastery where he is preparing to become a Buddhist monk, he has a passion for gardening and one day finds a beautiful flower under a terrible storm; His instincts and the thought of protecting the flower from the storm leads him to pick it up and take it to the monastery by putting it in a vase. The flower does not react as the child would, because that flower does not follow the same rules as other flowers, but above all not follow the rules of the child, the protection from rain is not good but rather a bane.
As the flower withers in spite of the treatments and the love that Dechen devotes to it, he struggles to accept this sort of defeat … deciding to surrender control of the situation and thus restore the flower into its environment …what happens to find it by watching the video!
What does this short film teach? We simply don’t have to pretend to control everything, which if we even think about doing the right thing, it may not be so. The flower can represent different aspects of our lives, a relationship, a job, a child, we must learn to let things go as they must go, let them go, do not try to possess or control.
The flower may also represent a thought, an idea or an emotion we seek to rationalize, control, impose even if we realise that we cannot do so or that it makes us feel bad.
At the end, if you think deeply, we think it is normal to think that if someone loves someone, they cannot impose their ideas, but they must be what they wish to be, that they can live their own experiences and mistakes, as the flower survives under the storm, and then perishes when suffocated in a vase, who is around us will live happily and serene if you let it go and suffer if you have caged in a control net and suffocated by the too much apprehension.
We ourselves must realise that there is not only one way to do things, but different roads to take along, different obstacles are met along these roads and often force us to change direction, and these new paths can be truly embraced by letting go of our constant need of control. You have to live without tarping or tarping the wings, embracing life and its consequences, winging the opportunities and tackling the circumstances that appear before us, letting events follow their course and not resist, accepting what is happening by giving it meaning and adding a piece of our personal vision to our experiences. We must learn to have confidence and not to bend our heads before time, without interfering with the nature of things so that we can live peacefully.
Embrace life, dispose chains and release the randomness, do not keep everything under control and give the unfocused release to fantasy, flexibility, adaptation and life!

The concept of “comfort zone” is of public domain. Comfort zone is the expression used to indicate that security area, protection, defence circulated in the space of the newspaper, to the known one this is hardly ever a garden for enthusiasm and implementation. It is an expression of a flat life of a square mentality, an action taken by preset action, premeditated by moves that do not contemplate the possibility of a risk. It is a land that has already been beaten by millions of other feet where reliability relief is, in the end, to transform into oppressive statics: It is well known that only where there is movement, external or internal, is throbbing the heart.
The “comfort” therefore, which could apparently transfer a conception of life “comfortable” and therefore also light and carefree, hides behind and inside its essence, a sad truth: the comfort zone, in the long term, is decidedly uncomfortable – uncomfortable. In fact, it is the comfort zone, especially by reaffirming the importance of not being trapped, because the comfort and the special cosiness of this condition are to be regarded as parasites which are clouding subtle between the fold of our concerns, paralysing the free flow of our existence.
The “comfort” that brings to life in this well-limited situation is very partial and in most cases only comes to alleviate a sense of dissatisfaction with oneself and one’s own existence; basking in expectation and self-conviction, dissatisfaction will only turn into a huge boulder on the chest and heart.
Living a life within the limitations of comfort zones means not only accepting but above all seeking and being conducive to a rather standard and repetitive lifestyle. This idea does not imply that the home-work-family scheme is the dogma to be abolished by preferring existences of wandering and adrenaline; leaving the comfort zone does not mean giving up everything and leaving for the Amazon rainforest. On the contrary, it is essential to know that we can enjoy a space or a dimension in which to feel protected, totally detached from the world even if it stands in the centre.
Leaving the comfort zone means, rather, changing our perspective and attitude towards what we consider our daily lives. There is a strong mental association to avoid the concept of normality; how human beings tend to create alibis and justifications to convince ourselves that the life we live is the one we have chosen and want. Recognizing the fears of inadequacy and failure behind which we hide is the first step in understanding whether instead of living we are surviving in an established security perimeter, which certainly protects against the possibility of making mistakes (if we have decided to believe that error exists) but just as tenaciously precludes life rather than stimulating it.
Coming out of comfort zone, it comes into a new optical that embraces the change by making an opportunity an opportunity. It is that one that we are expected to experience and learn empirically, finally finding multiple points of view to all those questions that we thought had only one answer.
There are people facing an unexpected event, out of their plans, they panic; life is a wise teacher because always at the moment when it lets us go to an aseptic routine, it send us signals to interpret and opportunities to be seized before it opts for more traumatic ways and passes to bring us to reconsider our priorities and desires, help us to see, hear, learn. This learning zone is the way in which it feels free and incredibly fiducials falling at the same time because it is beginning to feel the strength of themselves and the world that supports us, around and within us, who are merely waiting to be discovered.
A very simple cartoon as symbolic states that the area outside our comfort zone is the one where the magic happens: of an encounter, of growth, of an upheaval that can be even a small step, an awareness.
For this reason, if you find your comfort zone, abandon it.
Change habits, look with new eyes, take yourself less seriously and more seriously in the desire to rejoice and expand your being, ask for help, live the fullness of a desire and watch it take shape despite it may not be shared or accepted, trust of the instinct that always knows which way to take you, panders to your creativity and your desire to renew yourself, you understand that we are all extremely different, deeply unique and complementary individuals… but especially relax, breathe in your belly, and take this step beyond your personal boundaries that are nothing more than resistance to the opportunity to live authentically.
This is the real magic: always expect the unexpected, saying yes to what is new, to renew your belief in life. Let’s leave comfort to the inept and choose to “be”.
